It is so important that we know ourselves.  We are more than mind and body.  God wants us to know that what holds our reality determines our liberty.  If you confine yourself to think only with your senses then you will only be able to accomplish what your senses are capable of doing.  But if you will think with your heart and let that new nature within determine your reality, then things can happen beyond your ability and free you up to a life that is potential limitless.
