At Faith Harvest Church, we recognize the value of photos, videos, and other media in helping our church community grow and in sharing the Gospel. Media can tell our story, provide visitors with information about our services and events, and highlight the work of those who serve. Additionally, it allows us to communicate our mission to those who do not attend in person through live streams, our website, social media, and other digital or print media.

Accordingly, photography, videography, live streaming, and other recordings may take place during Faith Harvest Church services, classes, ministry activities, programs, and other events. Faith Harvest Church may use any media recorded at these events in materials produced by or for the ministry, including, but not limited to, bulletins, posters, brochures, newsletters, social media posts, the Faith Harvest Church and Academy website, and other digital or print publications.

By participating in Faith Harvest Church services, classes, ministry activities, programs, and events, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. You consent to being photographed, recorded on video, or otherwise recorded;

2. You grant Faith Harvest Church permission to use recordings containing your image, likeness, voice, or statements, without compensation, credit, or other consideration, for promotional, educational, or other ministry-related purposes worldwide and in perpetuity;

3. You release, hold harmless, and agree to indemnify Faith Harvest Church from any claims, liabilities, or damages that may arise from the use of your image, likeness, voice, or statements.
