At Faith Harvest Church, we are committed to serving our community with the love of Jesus. One of the most meaningful ways to live out this mandate is by joining a Serve Team. These teams provide opportunities for members to use their unique time, talents, and gifts to make a tangible impact in the lives of others.

Every team member plays a vital role in advancing what God is doing through FHC, and your participation matters. We invite you to take a moment to complete this brief questionnaire and select your top three Serve Teams where you feel called to serve.

SCHEDULING

To help us serve with excellence, we ask all team members to arrive by 9:45 AM to join in team prayer before service. Prayer typically concludes at 10:00 AM, after which team members proceed to their positions.

Waiver & Agreement

On behalf of my household and myself, I understand and acknowledge that we assume all risks and hazards associated with participation in any activities related to Faith Harvest Church, including but not limited to attendance, games, outreach, and other events.

We hereby waive, release, and hold harmless Faith Harvest Church, its volunteers, staff, leadership, departments, and associated participants from any and all claims arising from injury, illness (including pre-existing conditions), or damage to person or property that may occur during participation in these activities.

In the event of an emergency, I grant Faith Harvest Church permission to transport me to a safe location and, if necessary, to contact emergency services (911) and authorize medical assistance as deemed appropriate.

FHC Honor Code

This Honor Code is meant to set a standard for everyone who desires to serve at Faith Harvest Church.

By signing below, you confirm that you agree with Faith Harvest's Statement of Beliefs, have reviewed and adhere to our church protocols, and commit to living in accordance with these beliefs in both thought and action.

As followers of Jesus, we are called to live holy and blameless lives before God. Living above reproach is a reflection of our heart and devotion to the Lord—it’s not a restriction, but an essential part of growing in Him.

We ask all volunteers to:

Maintain a daily life of prayer and time in God’s Word.
Be faithful in attending Faith Harvest Church services regularly.

Please refrain from the following:

Ungodly Speech: Avoid gossip, slander, profanity, or negative speech—including on social media.
Addictions: Avoid gambling, illegal or recreational drug use, drunkenness, and other forms of overindulgence.
Sexual Immorality: Live according to the Biblical standard of marriage between a man and a woman, and abstain from sexual activity outside of that covenant, including viewing pornography.

We also ask that all volunteers read and follow Faith Harvest's Statement of Beliefs and protocols.

By signing this Honor Code, you agree to uphold these standards and understand that failure to do so may result in being asked to step down from serving.
